Overview

The Solutions Architect for Collaboration at Trace3 is a consultative role, focused on building relationships with clients through technology and solutions. This position involves understanding existing environments, gathering business requirements, and formulating technical solutions for achieving those requirements.

• Manage critical CCaaS and UCaaS partnership relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of ten years’ collaboration and contact center experience.
• Five years of experience with public, private, and cloud strategies.
• Deep understanding of UCaaS and CCaaS technologies.
• Certifications in relevant technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent understanding of business environments.
• Ability to think outside the box.
• Proactive and consultative approach to customer requests.
• Ability to cope with change and manage risks.
