Senior Creator Success Manager - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Creator Success Manager is responsible for maintaining, growing and retaining relationships with Mavely’s top Influencers, focusing on MVP and agency creators in the social commerce space.

• Manage and grow relationships with top-tier creators.
• Provide tailored data and insights to influencers.
• Identify growth opportunities within the creator portfolio.

• Analyze and relay creator sales data to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify creator churn risks.
• Attend creator and industry events as needed.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in account or management role.
• Understanding of influencer or affiliate marketing.
• Strong knowledge in G-Suite; HubSpot experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and sales mindset.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven and analytical approach.
• Ability to work effectively both in person and remotely.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in creator success management required.
• Positive attitude and growth mindset.
