Overview

The Senior Creator Success Manager is responsible for maintaining, growing, and retaining relationships with Mavely's top Influencers in the social commerce space, ensuring a best-in-class client experience.

In Short

• Manage, grow, and retain Tier 1 (top 25%) Managed Creators.
• Strengthen relationships with existing Mavely influencers.
• Provide tailored data and insights to influencers.
• Identify growth opportunities to increase sales.
• Communicate influencer feedback to internal teams.
• Monitor Influencer account health and retention strategies.
• Share best practices for social media coaching and affiliate sales.
• Stay updated on trends and develop educational materials.
• Advocate for Mavely in the influencer economy.
• Embody Mavely values of curiosity, accountability, and collaboration.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an account or management role.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Understanding of influencer or affiliate marketing.
• Previous account manager experience required.
• Sales and service mindset with excellent customer service.
• Strong knowledge in G-Suite, HubSpot experience preferred.
• Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Data-driven and analytical approach.
• Ability to perform the job safely and respectfully.
