Overview

The Senior Creator Success Manager is responsible for maintaining, growing and retaining relationships with Mavely’s top Influencers, focusing on MVP and agency creators in the social commerce space.

In Short

• Manage, grow, and retain Tier 1 (top 25%) Managed Creators.
• Strengthen relationships with existing Mavely influencers.
• Provide tailored data and insights to influencers.
• Identify growth opportunities to increase sales.
• Communicate influencer feedback to internal teams.
• Monitor creator account health and retention strategies.
• Share best practices for social media and affiliate sales.
• Pull and analyze creator sales data.
• Advocate for Mavely in the creator economy.
• Attend creator and industry events as needed.

Requirements

• Top creator management and agency relations highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in account or management role.
• Understanding of influencer or affiliate marketing.
• Strong knowledge in G-Suite, HubSpot experience preferred.
• Previous creator success account manager experience required.
• Sales and service mindset.
• Good communication skills and problem solving.
• Data-driven and analytical approach.
• Ability to work safely and respectfully.
