Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing or related roles.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in high-growth environments.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling account teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to analyze metrics to inform strategy.
  • Passion for empowering teams and creators.
  • Curiosity about industry trends and competition.
