In Short

  • This role will work primarily on our affiliate marketing platform, Mavely.
  • Drive growth and retention for our creator and influencer community.
  • Oversee a high-performing team focused on acquiring, engaging, and retaining creators.
  • Shape and execute initiatives that empower creators to thrive on Mavely’s platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on creator success strategies.
  • Analyze data to monitor creator performance and the impact of initiatives.
  • Lead and inspire a team of Account Managers.
  • Implement metrics and reporting frameworks to assess success.
  • Act as a key advocate for the department and gather feedback.
  • Foster transparency and consistent communication across teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing or related roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership and team management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience managing and scaling Account Teams.
