Overview

LatamCent.com is hiring an Account Executive to help grow our client base in the B2B SaaS sector. This is a founding sales role where you will focus on closing new business while actively building your pipeline alongside SDRs.

In Short

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Make 4–6 hours of outbound calls daily to generate and qualify leads
  • Conduct 5–7 daily discovery calls to present LatamCent’s nearshore recruiting solutions
  • Consult with clients to assess hiring needs and demonstrate service value
  • Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of talent
  • Maintain and grow client relationships post-sale
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Account Executive experience
  • Proven ability to take sales from prospecting to close
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • English level C1 or higher (written and spoken)
  • Experience using CRMs for pipeline management
