Overview

LastPass is looking for a Test Engineering Manager to lead a group of Test Engineers responsible for ensuring quality across various platforms and product areas.

In Short

• Lead and mentor a team of Manual QAs, SDETs, and Release Managers.
• Ensure the team has the right competencies to deliver their projects.
• Actively remove blockers to the team’s success.
• Manage delivery and expectations regarding time and quality.
• Own Test Management and the testing approach for cross-team projects.
• Provide metrics and data-driven risk assessments to senior leadership.
• Engage in the full software development release cycle.
• Promote a supportive and collaborative culture within the Test organization.
• Understand customer pain points and advocate for quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate compliance and security requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in Test Engineering and Quality Assurance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of testing tools and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze metrics and KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
• Understanding of compliance and security requirements.
