Overview

As a Provider Account Manager, you will be an advocate for Network Providers, managing relationships and ensuring smooth reimbursement processes.

In Short

  • Build strong relationships with Network Providers.
  • Manage claims, reimbursement, and support processes.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in provider relationships.
  • Monitor reimbursement processes to ensure timely payments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Analyze trends in claims and reporting.
  • Develop expertise in healthcare claims and billing practices.
  • Drive regular meetings with practices to review performance.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to foster innovation.
  • Contribute to a culture of inclusion and integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years in a professional healthcare setting, preferably with RCM and/or claims processing experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SQL and Python skills preferred.
  • Detailed knowledge of healthcare claims processing and revenue cycle management.
  • Medicare billing experience strongly preferred.
