Overview

As a GTM Engineer at Landbase, you will serve as the technical bridge between clients and our AI-driven platform, focusing on customer satisfaction and onboarding efficiency.

In Short

  • Demonstrate platform expertise to clients and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Automate onboarding processes for a seamless transition from CRM to product.
  • Collaborate with the AI Labs Team to embed advanced functionality into the product.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for clients and the Sales team.
  • Support the rollout of new AI features and interface between clients and product teams.
  • Transform manual requests into automated solutions to reduce repetitive tasks.
  • Collect product feedback to support roadmap decisions.
  • Help customers optimize results using raw platform data.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to reduce the need for product team involvement in calls.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in GTM Engineer or similar roles.
  • Expertise with AI platforms and recent AI project involvement.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts in business.
  • Experience in building customer-facing solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical concepts.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Data science or machine learning background is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial experience preferred.
  • Self-starter mentality with collaboration skills.
