Overview

As our Partner Enablement Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in enabling the channel ecosystem of sales and marketing agencies, resellers and tech partners, and consultants to successfully go to market with Landbase.

In Short

  • Build and maintain scalable onboarding and training programs for partners.
  • Develop engaging training materials, including presentations and guides.
  • Guide new partners through the onboarding process with training sessions.
  • Manage a library of sales enablement and GTM content.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Track partner engagement and success metrics.
  • Support partner marketing initiatives such as webinars and certifications.
  • Maintain communication with partners regarding new products and updates.
  • Seek opportunities to improve partner enablement processes with AI.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Partner Enablement.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and data-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with go-to-market tools and strategies for B2B.
  • Experience supporting agencies or channel partners.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for building systems.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with partner platforms.
