  • Guide customers through the order process as the main advocate.
  • Maintain continuous communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet customer needs.
  • Resolve post-order issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Process-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success or equivalent.
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker.
  • Proficient with G-Suite, Salesforce, and Slack.
