*Note: This position requires presence in our San Francisco office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.

• Talent Acquisition and Development: Involve in hiring processes to align new hires with team values.
• Interpersonal Relationships: Coach teams on collaboration and conflict resolution.
• Organizational Debugging: Identify and address organizational inefficiencies.
• Drive Values Through Leadership: Align HR decisions with core values.
• Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues ensuring fairness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience, with 3+ years with engineering teams.
• High emotional intelligence and understanding of high-performance team dynamics.
• Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.
• People-centric approach with a focus on high-performance culture.
• Critical thinking and courage to challenge the status quo.
• Organizational expertise to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
• Experience in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
