• Establish executive reporting that translates technical incidents into business impact.
• Drive weekly operations reviews to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Define sustainable on-call rotations and operational procedures.
• Guide technology choices and evangelize new security tools.

Requirements

• 10+ years of security experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to build and manage security programs from the ground up.
• Experience in creating automation-first security programs.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure security requirements.
• Strong judgment in security response and business impact understanding.
• Ability to translate technical work into executive communications.
• Thrives in high-ambiguity environments.
