• Join Lambda as a Director focused on structured finance and credit strategies.
• Architect and execute complex financing structures.
• Lead deal structuring and recommend financing solutions.

• Own deal-level cash flow waterfall modeling.

• Prepare board-facing materials to support financing decisions.
• Stay current on capital markets trends and macro factors.
• Develop and maintain long-term debt strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in structured finance roles.
• Deep expertise in structured credit and project finance.
• Strong understanding of legal entity structuring.
• Proven experience negotiating credit agreements.
• Exceptional modeling and communication skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously.
• Self-starter with problem-solving skills.
• Experience in capital-intensive industries preferred.
