In Short

• Build and lead the Strategic Finance function.
• Structure, build, and maintain complex financial and decision-making models.
• Lead annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly revenue and expense forecasting.
• Own the development of key financial metrics and operating targets.
• Develop a proactive investor relations strategy framework.
• Drive strategic cross-functional initiatives supporting company OKRs.
• Align departmental goals with Bestow’s organizational strategy.
• Play a role in the company’s roadmap for IPO readiness.
• Develop dashboards to track key performance metrics.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. in accounting, finance, business, economics, math, or another technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance or FP&A.
• Superior financial analysis capabilities.
• Experience breaking down complex processes.
• Intellectually curious and self-starter.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Outstanding communicator.
• Collaborative style and strong business partner.
• Experience building and mentoring teams.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.
• Highly proficient with Excel and Google Workspace.
