Overview

The Director of Finance & Strategy plays a pivotal leadership role in driving the financial performance and strategic growth of Geode Health, a national provider of outpatient mental health services.

• Lead the FP&A function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, or healthcare organizations.
• Extensive experience in data analytics, FP&A, and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare finance systems and regulations.
• Exceptional analytical skills with complex data synthesis capabilities.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
