Overview

Lago is on a mission to build a world-class outbound sales engine — and we’re looking for driven, sharp, and ambitious Cold Callers (Sales Development Representatives) to help us get there.

In Short

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to U.S.-based prospects.
  • Diagnose potential clients’ digital marketing needs and propose relevant service pathways.
  • Set a minimum of 1 qualified appointment per business day with a target of 10–15 per 3-week ramp-up period.
  • Perform independent research to better understand client industries and pain points.
  • Log activity and results in CRM (Apollo).
  • Collaborate with team members for training and continuous performance improvement.
  • Participate in daily check-ins and team standups.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
