Overview

As an SDR Caller at Apollo, you will play a crucial role in our outbound sales strategy, focusing on engaging prospects over the phone to set appointments that lead to successful sales outcomes.

In Short

  • Make an average of 100 outbound dials per day per client.
  • Secure at least 13 appointments per month per client.
  • Work to increase the number of connected calls beyond a 6% connect rate.
  • Achieve a conversion rate of over 10% from connected calls to appointments booked.
  • Complete all assigned Apollo Dialer training modules within the first month.
  • Participate in at least two monthly coaching sessions with the Sales Development Manager.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
  • Strong organizational skills needed for managing multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and dialer technology preferred.
