Requirements

  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with support tools and metrics.
  • Background in SaaS or technology roles.
  • Basic programming knowledge (e.g. SQL).
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • No experience needed if studying or have finished a data science or engineering degree.
