Product Advocate - Remote

Overview

Strapi is looking for a passionate and technically skilled Product Advocate to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Growth Marketing and Sales teams, engaging directly with users and potential customers to showcase the value of Strapi.

• Passionate about Open Source, Frontend development, and Developer Tools.
• Technical background with previous Headless CMS experience.
• Partner closely with Growth Marketing and Sales teams.
• Interact directly with Strapi users and prospects.
• Manage inbound lead flow and qualify potential customers.
• Conduct technical discovery calls to understand customer pain points.
• Accelerate product adoption through support and educational resources.
• Engage and assist users, ensuring a responsive experience.
• Advocate for Strapi as the preferred platform.
• Utilize HubSpot for tracking and reporting activities.

Requirements

• Excellent phone and listening skills.
• Ability to engage with technical audiences.
• Self-starter with a track record of achievements.
• Deep understanding of Open Source and Headless CMS.
• Strong interest in learning and trying new things.
• Previous experience as a technical SDR is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
