Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Product Designer to craft intuitive, elegant, and user-centered experiences that elevate how people interact with Strapi. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to solve user problems and shape solutions.

In Short

• Collaborate in squads with PMs and Engineers to define, shape, and deliver product features
• Understand user needs through research, interviews, and data analysis
• Design and prototype solutions that solve real user problems
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity across all user experiences
• Engage with community and internal users to validate ideas
• Support and evolve our design system in collaboration with other designers
• Benchmark competitors and stay on top of product and design trends

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role
• Strong empathy for users and a humble, open-minded attitude
• Excellent communication skills—clear, thoughtful, and collaborative
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress, Strapi, etc.)
• A technical sensibility to discuss technical constraints with engineers
• A data-informed mindset to interpret analytics and guide decisions
• Experience contributing to a design system would be a strong bonus
