The Customer Category Manager (CCM) is responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales for Lactalis Heritage Dairy, ensuring effective communication and execution of sales strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in customer or account management.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to analyze data and create actionable plans.
• Team-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel (up to 15%).
