Overview

The Category Manager is a leader who builds strong relationships with internal and external partners to develop and execute enterprise-wide sourcing strategies that deliver value and create measurable, meaningful impact on Cloudflare’s success.

• Lead and own all aspects of strategic sourcing and category management.
• Develop, document, and execute global category strategies.
• Conduct deep dive analysis of spend and market data.
• Deliver key category performance indicators.
• Craft negotiation strategies and lead negotiations.
• Deliver significant year over year cost savings.
• Develop and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for sourcing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of relevant strategic sourcing experience.
• Track record leading large, complex negotiations.
• Proven contracting expertise.
• Ability to identify potential risks and liabilities in contracts.
• Experience drafting and negotiating various agreement types.
