Working Student: Community Management (d/m/w) - Remote

In Short

• You will manage and develop our communities on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook with a focus on engagement and real connection.
• You will create interactive formats like polls, challenges, or member features and implement them independently.
• You will moderate discussions, respond to messages, and ensure active, respectful exchanges.
• You will regularly collect insights and feedback from the community and bring them into the team.
• You will support us in community activations around campaigns, product launches, and sales actions.
• You will contribute creative ideas for viral community management and test them based on data.

Requirements

• You are an enrolled student in the field of communication, marketing, media, or a similar course of study.
• You have initial experience in community management, social media, or customer service.
• You are familiar with tools like Meta Business, WhatsApp, and TikTok.
• Ideally, you have worked with Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack.
• You are communicative, empathetic, and have a good sense of the right tone – in writing in German as well as in English.
• You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner – even remotely.
• You are interested in food, health, and lifestyle.
• Initial experience in building online communities is a plus!
