Working Student (m/f/d) Brand Management - Remote

Overview

This position is for a working student who will support the Brand Management team in building the Herrmann's brand at a dynamic start-up in Munich, working in a hybrid model.

In Short

• Support the Brand Management team with daily tasks and proactive work on brand and marketing measures.
• Take responsibility for small projects in social media and influencer marketing.
• Assist in finding and managing content creators and create campaign briefings.
• Prepare reports, determine relevant KPIs, and evaluate the success of marketing measures.
• Support team members with business analyses and the creation of steering dashboards using existing BI tools.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in business sciences or a comparable field.
• First practical experience in brand management and/or marketing is an advantage.
• Analytical, creative thinking with a structured and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills and excellent expression across all hierarchy levels and departments.
• Fluent German is required; English skills are a plus.
