We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (m/f/d) with a passion for brands, consumer goods, and healthy pet food to further develop our strong brand portfolio.

In Short

• Develop and implement target group-oriented product concepts for the Wolfsblut brand portfolio.
• Manage the entire product development process from idea to market launch.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, especially food law requirements.
• Conduct regular market, competition, and target group analyses.
• Develop pricing strategies and support procurement in negotiations with suppliers.
• Coordinate internal and external interfaces to bring successful products to market.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in product management, ideally in FMCG or pet food.
• A completed degree in business administration, marketing, product management, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in market-oriented development of physical products.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning and consumer trends in the consumer goods sector.
• Analytical, structured, and entrepreneurial thinking paired with creativity.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
