In Short

• Plan and manage onboarding for new members in an AI learning community.
• Design content and implement measures to activate community member engagement.
• Moderate discussions on AI topics within the community and on social media.
• Support project management for creating learning content (videos or eLearning).
• Create video content about further education in AI.
• Monitor success, manage crises, and improve member satisfaction.
• Be proactive in tackling new challenges.
• Fluent in German and English at C1 level.

Requirements

• Passion for AI and digital communication.
• Strong skills in moderating online communities.
• Knowledge of networking people through online media.
• Enjoyment of conceptual tasks and strategy development in social media and community management.
• Ideally comfortable in front of the camera for video content production.
• Familiar with common video content tools, especially Canva.
