In Short

  • Looking for a proven Account Executive with experience across EMEA.
  • Partner with SDR team, Partnerships, and marketing colleagues.
  • Drive Kustomer’s sales initiatives and participate in webinars.
  • Work with sales leadership to define and execute sales goals.
  • Meet sales quotas and drive the sales process forward.
  • Develop new opportunities within existing EMEA portfolio.
  • Drive acquisition of new clients through the full sales life cycle.
  • Represent Kustomer as an industry thought leader.
  • Coordinate with customer experience team for seamless onboarding.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of quota carrying sales experience.
  • Experience selling to Enterprise accounts with complex sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in early-stage growth Startups.
  • Technical savvy to conduct own demos.
  • Experience selling to the CX side of the house (bonus).
  • Sold a SaaS CRM solution in the past (bonus).
  • Multilingual a plus but not required.
  • Operate with a business owner mentality.
