Kustomer is the industry leading conversational CRM platform perfecting every customer experience. We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our Product Engineering team and help build the core experiences that define how users interact with Kustomer.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong proficiency in modern server-side languages.
• Experience in building web applications using React.js.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Experience using AI tools to support software development tasks.
• Ability to diagnose and debug complex issues.
• Experience with RESTful API development.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.
