Technical Recruiter/Talent Partner (Technology) - Remote

Overview

As a Talent Partner (Technology) with Kustomer’s Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with our Head of Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers and TA team on building an amazing company full of the best people in the business. Focused on hiring for the R&D side of our team (SWE, Security, Product/UXR) you will be a guide, thought partner, and advisor for driving engagement with talent.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience with a range of technology disciplines.
• Strong influencing skills with hiring teams.
• Expertise in applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with internal clients on talent profiles.
• Experience using LinkedIn as a recruiting tool.
• Curiosity and willingness to tackle challenges.
• Understanding of market awareness and online/social media.
• Ability to organize and execute sourcing plans effectively.
