• Develop and post jobs, source candidates, and interview for technical roles.
• Focus on recruiting for Network/Data System Engineers and Technical Project Managers.

• Screen and analyze candidates' resumes for specific engineering skills.
• Conduct interviews and filter candidates based on requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Negotiate compensation and communicate hiring decisions.
• Part-time, hourly, non-exempt role for a 1-year contract.
• 100% remote position.
• Commitment to the full contract duration is required.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience recruiting for technical positions.
• Experience in the professional services/consulting industry is desirable.
• Ability to identify relevant certifications and skills.
• Strong candidate screening skills.
• Openness to learn from internal engineers and adapt to client requirements.
• Superior organizational skills and a self-starter attitude.
