In Short

  • Work closely with Sales teams to deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Evangelize Kustomer platform value to customers.

  • Develop technical sales strategies.
  • Demonstrate solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Map RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions.
  • Manage customer pilots and Proof of Concepts.
  • Influence new product development based on solution scoping.
  • Handle sensitive personal data as required.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Commercial/Mid-Market software selling experience.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • CRM, Contact Center, or Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of web/scripting technologies and SaaS applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.
