Overview

The Technical Support Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer service experience by effectively diagnosing and resolving customer issues while mastering the Kustomer platform.

In Short

  • Master the Kustomer platform to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure resolution.
  • Partner with customers to solve unique problems.
  • Document technical knowledge for internal and external audiences.
  • Provide step-by-step technical assistance.
  • Participate in team projects.
  • Work shifts from 6pm to 3am EDT, Sunday to Thursday.
  • Handle sensitive personal data and ensure compliance.
  • Available for on-call rotation during weekends.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Understanding of JavaScript, JSON, Rest API, HTML, React, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with developer tools and troubleshooting client issues.
  • Strong communication skills and video meeting proficiency.
