  • Analyze and structure complex deals with sales and finance teams.
  • Evaluate deal profitability and ensure compliance with pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to expedite deal closure.
  • Support sales teams in contract negotiations.
  • Audit and submit monthly and quarterly bookings to finance.
  • Own the administration of the company’s commission software.
  • Monitor and analyze key revenue metrics.
  • Manage CRM systems and maintain deal data integrity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales operations or finance.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales compensation tools and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of sales processes and contract terms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

  • Annual Base Salary Range of 65-75k.
  • Annual Bonus Opportunity of 10%.
