KPA is a leading provider of Workforce Compliance software and consulting services focused on workplace safety and compliance. We are seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to our KPA Flex solution, which helps clients develop a comprehensive EHS program.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full stack web application development experience.
• Proficient in NodeJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Git and GitHub.
• Familiarity with MongoDB and SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of modern web frameworks (Vue, React, WebPack).
• Experience with iOS (Objective-C, Swift) and Android (Java, Kotlin) development is a plus.
• Understanding of secure coding practices.
• Ability to write scalable and high-quality code.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
