Product Owner for FLEX - Remote

Overview

As the Product Owner for FLEX, you’ll be responsible for driving the successful execution of the product roadmap, collaborating with various teams to deliver features that enhance workplace safety and compliance.

In Short

• Drive product roadmap execution and translate strategic direction into detailed requirements.
• Collaborate daily with engineering, design, QA, and subject matter experts.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog balancing customer impact and technical feasibility.
• Lead backlog refinement sessions to align the development team.
• Act as the voice of the user during development.
• Work with QA to validate functionality and product quality.
• Support release readiness and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Continuously seek customer feedback to inform backlog priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
