Automotive Finance (F&I) Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Finance & Insurance Consultant will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to establish and demonstrate exceptional industry and regulatory knowledge through onsite field audits, deal jacket reviews, and employee trainings. The objective of the consultant is to help minimize risk and increase profitability for the client.

In Short

• Remote position based out of the employee’s home office.
• Frequent visits to clients within the territory, including overnight travel.
• Shadow current consultants to learn the audit process.
• Establish relationships with managers and management teams across dealerships.
• Conduct onsite field audits and employee training.
• Assist with compliance documentation.
• Promote productive relationships with dealer group management.
• Communicate and implement compliance systems.
• Must have 5+ years in Finance & Insurance regulations at an automotive dealership.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

• Ability to stay current with legal and compliance trends.
• Strong communication skills in-person and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and manage accounts efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile technology.
