Overview

The F&I Risk Management Consultant will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to establish and demonstrate exceptional industry and regulatory knowledge through onsite field audits, deal jacket reviews, and employee trainings.

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealer principals and dealership staff.

Requirements

• 10+ years in F&I Management at an automotive dealership.
• Deep knowledge of Finance and Sales regulations.
• Strong communication skills, both in-person and in writing.
• Ability to manage accounts and document activities.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn new platforms and technologies quickly.
• Demonstrated integrity and ability to foster a compliance culture.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Active driver’s license and ability to travel frequently.
