We are seeking a Product Owner to support strategic initiatives by bridging Business Operations, Engineering, and Insurance Product Management. Your role will be to define and deliver product solutions that balance operational efficiency, enterprise partner needs, and user experience, ultimately contributing to Beam’s strategic and financial growth.

• Define and execute product initiatives that contribute to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow automation.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps that align with business objectives.
• Act as a liaison between enterprise partners and internal teams.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Analyze product performance data and user feedback.
• Support initiatives to optimize operational processes.
• Track and analyze key product and business metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Assist in planning and managing product releases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or business operations.
• Experience in insurance, insuretech, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of business processes and digital product development.
• Ability to define and negotiate Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
• Ability to analyze data to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices is helpful.
