Product Owner - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Product Owner to join our growing product team. In this pivotal, hands-on role, you will collaborate closely with technical teams, product designers, and key stakeholders, taking full ownership of product functionality. From initial concept through successful launch and continuous optimization, you will be instrumental in translating complex business needs into actionable, scalable, and highly efficient solutions that drive our clients' success.

In Short

• Drive the entire product lifecycle, from meticulous definition and agile development to successful launch and ongoing evolution.
• Partner closely with the Product Manager to deeply align on product vision and core functionalities.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define product features based on customer needs.
• Manage product backlog and prioritize effectively to maximize business value.
• Support development teams during iterations and clarify requirements.
• Monitor product progress and mitigate potential risks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Experience in B2B product management (e.g., CRM, BSS, OMS).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development.
• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English and Russian.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and proactive.
• Proficient in planning and visualization techniques.
