Product Owner - Remote

Overview

The Product Owner (PO) delivers value to the market through solution creation. The PO must have a deep understanding of the product from both the business and technical perspectives and the skills required to work directly with customers, embedding themselves in their teams, to understand and solve problems using the Palantir Workshop Application. The PO has a deep motivation to work on meaningful, real world, high-impact customer problems! Will work side-by-side with hospital leaders, clinicians, and operational teams to design and deliver technical solutions that improve patient care, optimize workflows, and drive data-informed decision-making.

In Short

• Collaborate with staff from client sites to understand operational pain points.
• Design solutions using the Palantir Workshop application for current and prospective customers.
• Act as a technical translator between business problems and platform capabilities.
• Manage the epic and user story backlog for efficient code delivery.
• Serve as a collaborative partner with Engineering and Product Management.
• Utilize market research and customer feedback to validate requirements and designs.
• Provide suggestions around best practices and tool sets.
• Work in an Agile environment with Scrum methodologies.
• Engage in 30-50% travel to client sites.
• Leverage technical proficiency to drive product delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Software Developer.
• 2+ years in Agile, Scaled Agile, or Scrum environment.
• 2+ years in a healthcare environment with software solution delivery.
• Experience with Agile process management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Clear communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathy.
• Ability to work in unstructured environments.
• Technical proficiency in low-code applications.
• Experience in rapid prototyping.
• Ability to influence and teach in high-pressure environments.
