Product Owner - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a proactive Product Owner to lead the development and continuous improvement of key business capabilities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with technical and non-technical teams to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.

• Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned capabilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding capability inquiries, production support, and issue resolution within SLA requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine business processes, document workflows, functional designs, and data mappings.
• Decompose features into manageable user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog for incremental delivery.
• Partner with development teams on testing strategies to ensure solutions meet success criteria and provide business value.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall capability performance.
