The UAI Group offers market-leading local and cross-border debt collection for municipalities and private companies in the area of traffic-related fees and administrative charges across Europe.

In recent years, we have become one of the leading specialists in the international identification of affected vehicle owners and the collection of unpaid fees.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Product Owner.

In Short

• Participate in and introduce planning, reviews, and retrospectives (SCRUM process)
• Define and prioritize product requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders
• Create and maintain the product backlog
• Ensure timely delivery of product developments
• Proactively gather, evaluate, and integrate ideas from the team into the product strategy
• Collaborate with the development team and external service providers to ensure clear understanding and implementation of requirements
• Model business processes in collaboration with responsible staff
• Accompany change processes during product implementation
• Work closely with interdisciplinary development teams and external partners to ensure efficient implementation

Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, information technology, or a comparable qualification
• At least three years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
• Knowledge and experience in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
• Experience working with international teams
• Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level)
