Product Owner - Remote

Overview

The Product Owner will play a crucial role in executing critical projects and initiatives at Venterra Realty, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the company's technology solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements.
• Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Provide post-implementation support to stakeholders and end users.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a Business Analyst/Product Owner role.
• Proven experience in leading projects through the software implementation lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills with minimal guidance.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Excellent organizational and facilitation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for relationship building.
• Good understanding of SQL for data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Finance Technology experience is preferred but not required.
• Certifications in Product Management or Business Analysis are a plus.
