Revenue Operations Specialist - Remote

To date, over 550 companies and 80,000 users in 40 countries have uploaded over 300 km² on active projects, across hundreds of sites, in many countries, spanning industries such as automotive, construction and energy.

In Short

• Assist with managing and optimizing Cintoo’s sales technology stack.
• Maintain and update the CRM environment, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting, creating dashboards, and maintaining accurate sales data.
• Perform data reconciliation to ensure consistency across sales and finance teams.
• Provide analytical support to track key revenue metrics.
• Assist in identifying and automating at-risk customer analysis.
• Manage the deal desk, including deal approval processes and support on quoting.
• Document and streamline revenue-related processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 3 years experience in sales operations or related analytical roles.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and sales analytics tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and clear communication skills.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and proactive mindset.
• Integrity and discretion handling sensitive data.
• Fluency in English and French.
