We are searching for flexible go-getters who welcome the challenge of meeting the needs of a fast-growing business. Cintoo improves the performance and efficiency with a complete cloud-based, collaborative Scan & BIM platform to manage and distribute reality capture data, such as laser scans, with no compromise on accuracy. To date, over 550 companies and 80,000 users in 40 countries have uploaded over 7 million scans on active projects, across hundreds of sites, in many countries, spanning industries such as automotive, construction and energy.

In Short

  • New Market Development: Open new regions and verticals within the Middle East market.
  • New Logo Acquisition: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Client Transition Management: Manage client relationship for the first 12 months post-sale.
  • Upsell & Engagement: Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Strategic Handoff: Transition to account management team after the first year.
  • Cash Realization: Ensure timely cash collection.
  • CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • 1:1 Accountability: Participate in structured meetings and reviews.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B sales or business development focused on software/SaaS.
  • Proven success in hunting and early-stage account management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel for tradeshows and client meetings.
  • Comfortable in a remote environment with strong self-management skills.
