Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to help optimize technology, automate processes, and enhance reporting—empowering our Customer Experience (CX) team to be more efficient and effective. As our first dedicated Revenue Operations hire, you’ll have the opportunity to build scalable processes from the ground up, drive meaningful change, and directly impact revenue growth by aligning sales, marketing, and operations.

In Short

  • Support CX team with onboarding, internal QBRs, and call reviews.
  • Own contract processes and contract data entry for both Sales and CX.
  • Collaborate with CX and Accounting for on-time payments and accurate revenue tracking.
  • Identify and implement high-impact workflow improvements.
  • Conduct in-depth data analyses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure contract and financial data is synced across reporting platforms.
  • Work closely with Sales and CX to ensure alignment on processes and metrics.
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and resolve operational challenges.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience managing HubSpot CRM is required.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS and sales-led motions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
