Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Specialist to optimize and enhance our revenue processes. This role is responsible for supporting sales, marketing, and customer success teams by ensuring seamless operations, data-driven decision-making, and process automation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in revenue operations, CRM management, and data analytics, helping drive efficiency and revenue growth.

In Short

  • Support revenue operations by streamlining and optimizing sales and marketing processes.
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key revenue metrics, pipeline health, and performance insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align processes and improve revenue efficiency.
  • Assist in forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven strategy execution.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Optimize lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, and tracking.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with revenue policies and sales processes.
  • Support pricing, discounting strategies, and deal structuring to maximize revenue.
  • Work closely with finance and leadership teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or technology company is a plus.
