We do this across the Kota Platform - the world’s first fully integrated benefits platform and Kota Embed - our embedded insurance and retirement product for platforms. Our mission is to make insurance and benefits more accessible and delightful to this generation of employees.

• Shape & Develop Strategy: Build and execute the go-to-market plan for Kota Embed.
• Sales Process Implementation: Develop a structured sales process for enterprise customers.
• Pipeline & Relationship Building: Identify high-potential accounts and create a robust pipeline.
• Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with teams to negotiate legal agreements.
• Customer Experience: Create impactful experiences from prospecting to onboarding.
• Work cross functionally: Collaborate across various teams within the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of closing experience, with at least 2 years in technical sales.
• A strong understanding of APIs and their applications in fintech and insurance.
• A customer-focused, consultative approach to sales.
• Curious and enthusiastic, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
